She has served as an educator for leading hair brands, delivering training, education and professional development to emerging and established industry professionals alike.
Kim founded a trading organisation focused on industry growth, collaboration and professional standards. Her commitment to education within the vocational education and training sector provided insight into the need for sustainability to become essential for long term growth and meaningful careers.
In addition to her extensive work within the hair and training industries, Kim has contributed significantly to the community services sector through community development initiatives that support inclusion, empowerment and positive social outcomes. Since 2013 they have been established in JAPAN with the Service center and office in Kawagoe, Saitama and our training center and factory in Seki, Gifu.
